1.1. The following General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of vacation apartments for lodging, as well as to all other services and supplies provided to the guest by Villa Müller.
1.2. Any rules that differ from these terms and conditions are valid only if they have been expressly agreed upon in writing between Villa Müller and the guest on an individual basis.
2.1. The vacation rental agreement is formed upon Villa Müller’s acceptance of the customer’s request. Acceptance is effected by a confirmation of the vacation rental reservation.
2.2. If a third party makes the vacation rental reservation on behalf of the guest, that third party is jointly and severally liable to Villa Müller along with the guest.
3.1. Villa Müller is obligated to make the vacation apartments booked by the guest available in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed-upon rates for the rental of the vacation apartment and for any additional services used.
4.5. Cancellation Fees (Individual Reservations):
– Up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed-upon price
– Up to 19 days before arrival: 65% of the agreed-upon price
– Up to 9 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed-upon price
– No-show or departure before check-out: 100%
Smoking is prohibited throughout Villa Müller. In the case of non-compliance, Villa Müller reserves the right to charge cleaning fees plus a loss of revenue of €300.00.
